The Presidency on Wednesday couldn't help contradicting the claim of Ekiti State Governor, Ayo Fayose, on the dispensing of N5, 000 to poor Nigerians.
Fayose, whose state was recorded as a feature of the nine states where the installments had started, precluded the take-off from securing the plan in his state.
The senator said the report was untrue and insignificant promulgation.
Be that as it may, in a talk with State House reporters toward the end of the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting, the Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to the President, Femi Adesina, said the organization was based on uprightness and responsibility and won't claim to do what it was not doing.
He said: "It was reported particularly from the workplace of the Vice President that the plan has begun in nine states. And afterward a specific senator turned out to state it is not valid.
"It is simply a question of who do you accept. This is a legislature that is based on respectability and responsibility.
"This administration won't mislead Nigerians, does not deceive Nigerians, in truth anything you get notification from this administration you can take it to the bank, trust it.
"So on the off chance that anyone comes and say it is legislative issues, it is not valid. Pick who to trust I can let you know that you ought to trust this legislature since this administration won't deceive you."
