The Defense Headquarters has guaranteed that Boko Haram has been totally wiped out from the Sambisa Forest.
This was expressed by the Director of Defense Information, Brigadier-General Rabe Abubakar, amid a visit with newsmen at the Ernest Ikoli Press Center of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Abubakar likewise said those conveying suicide bombings in parts of the North-East were the leftovers of the guerilla bunch.
"What we are considering now to be Boko Haram in Nigeria are recently leftovers that complete these assaults. The vast majority of the youngsters that we got were kids who don't realize what they were doing.
"They were being medicated and have the unstable gadgets caught on them. A large portion of them were sedated and they were aggressive so that the individuals who sent them will meet their objective," he said.
